Our food is local and seasonal. Our dishes reflect the rich cultural history, and the diverse environments of our state. Our menu will change periodically, we love making new dishes.

Just a quick update to let you all know about a few things...
The next in our Spirit Series Dinner & Tasting is Amari, an Italian herbal liqueur that can be enjoyed on it's own as a digestif, or used in cocktails, to bring a pleasant bittersweetness to your drinks. Come learn about them, sample different ones from different regions and countries, and have dinner and a paired cocktail with each of four courses. You can find the menu and link for tickets here:

We also are happy to share that Wine Wednesdays are now Wine & Whisky Wednesdays! Come dine with us, and you'll get 20% off ALL bottles of wine, $10 Cider Sangria AND $2 off ALL whiskys! If you haven't tried our intentionally curated whisky menu yet, we highly recommend the Catoctin Creek Distilling Company's Cask Proof Rye Whisky.
Catoctin Creek is a woman-owned distilling company, founded by Becky & Scott Harris in 2009 as the first legal distillery in Loudoun County, Virginia, since before Prohibition. Virginia is the birthplace of American whiskey, and they faithfully dedicate themselves to that tradition, producing Virginia's most awarded whisky: Roundstone Rye!
They source grain and fruit locally, free of pesticides and chemical additives that would come through in the spirits produced. The results are the finest, cleanest spirits possible, with the greatest attention to detail in every single bottle they produce. We think you'll love the Cask Proof Roundstone Rye. This whisky is delicious dark, complex, and ridiculously smooth for the proof (at 58% abv!), with notes of chocolate, tanned leather, and tobacco.
Thirsty Thursday Burger & Brew Night is coming up this week, and all our Maryland craft beers are only $4. Our House Burger is $2 off, and this week's special smashburger is the Cuban Smashburger! That's two 4-oz. Roseda beef patties, sliced citrus-braised pork loin, pickles, Gruyere cheese, mustard, and mayo, all on a brioche bun, served with your choice of sweet potato fries or house fries.
So buy your tickets for March and make those reservations (through Yelp, or by calling us) for dinner this week now! We can't wait to see you, and cook for you!
